An RV has a roof, plumbing and appliances like a house, plus an engine or running gear like a vehicle. A hidden roof leak, a soft floor or a failing appliance can cost thousands after the sale.
No stake in the deal
Keith doesn't sell RVs, doesn't take referral fees from dealers and doesn't take repair work from his inspections. Whether you buy the RV or walk away makes no difference to him.

I was working on RVs before I took a single class. I trained as a technician at the National RV Training Academy in Athens, Texas, then certified as an inspector through NRVIA.
That order matters. When I pull a panel cover, I'm looking at components I was trained to diagnose. I know what normal wear looks like, what a rushed cover-up looks like, and which small findings turn into expensive ones after a season of travel.
Inspections are all I do, and I work only for the person who hires me. If a coach is solid, the report will say so. If it isn't, you'll find out before you sign.
